Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to install and repair services and educate customers on their use. This entry-level role includes training and a clear path for progression, with opportunities to increase earnings as you advance from Technician I to Technician IV.

You will work outdoors, travel to customer premises, use hand tools, and develop professional skills in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications. Competent in using hand tools.
• Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
• Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required.
• Physical: Lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Travel to different locations as needed to complete installations and service calls.
• Operate company vehicle and work outdoors using hand tools.
