KCI Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Field Technician 2 to perform technical field tasks with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work closely with clients, teammates, and supervisors to meet project requirements in line with industry standards and safety rules.

You'll engage in cross-training, communicate workflow needs, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team while upholding safety and quality on every assignment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to maintain required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Project Execution: Record and report daily forms per project requirements; adhere to scope, schedule and budget; review work and ensure accuracy; inspect and correct work before submission.
• Communication: Communicate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure alignment on goals; convey workflow needs clearly.
• Compliance: Follow OSHA safety standards and KCI policies; review site safety daily and address issues.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-training to enhance team capabilities; work with the team to maximize production and accuracy.
• Other Tasks: Submit time sheets, mileage, and expense reports on time; perform other duties as assigned.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

The Field Technician 2 is responsible for performing technical tasks in the field with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. This role involves working closely with team members, clients, and supervisors to ensure that all project requirements are met in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and KCI policies. The Field Technician 2 will actively participate in cross-training opportunities to build a stronger team, communicate workflow needs, and learn from senior level technicians.

  • Adhere to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  
  
  • Review all work assigned before beginning and ensure all tasks are performed according to applicable industry standards and client requirements.
  
  
  • Inspect and correct work for completeness and accuracy before submission.

  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

  • Understand and follow OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies at all times.
  
  
  • Review job site safety daily and take immediate action to document and resolve issues.
