Qualifications

• Pre-employment requirements include a physical, OSHA respirator medical, and drug screening.
• Reliable vehicle for full-day travel to multiple sites.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the conduct of abatement/remediation projects
• Collect air samples and review compliance during conduct of work
• Being outside for extended shifts
• Entering confined spaces, crawlspaces, boiler rooms, climbing ladders/scaffolding, working on elevated surfaces
• Working long hours and working nights/weekends as required to support the projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 Years Old at the time of hiring
• Must have a High School Diploma, College preferred.
• Must be able to perform Basic Math and Science; Write & Speak English
• Must be competent in Construction; Hand Tools; Power Tools; Data Recording; Hand-Held Electronics;
• Prior to employment, each Trainee shall be required to pass a Pre-Employment Physicalwhich includes an OSHA Respirator Medical & Pre-employment Drug Screening.
• Must have reliable car for transportation that is available for the full work day for traveland transport of equipment to & from the assigned work locations. Access to a vehicle is not sufficient, must have transportation for the full work day.
