Mobile Environmental Analytical Inc. is seeking a Field Technician I to perform field tasks under supervision in Bangor, PA. You will collect soil and vapor samples and support remediation-system activities while maintaining knowledge of system components and safety protocols.

Expect about 90% field time, with limited office work for timesheets and coordination with Field Operations Manager and Project Managers. A clean driving record and HAZWOPER certification are required.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of job knowledge in a like field is required.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER with an annual 8-hour refresher is required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a variety of field tasks under guidance of Field Operations Manager and Project Manager.
• Collect soil samples, vapor samples, and remediation system samples.
• Maintain general knowledge of remediation systems and components.
• Operate all power equipment and forklifts; operate Air/Water/Vac Excavator.
• Assist with monitoring well abandonment and installation.
• Approximately 90% field time; minimal office time for timesheets and direction.

Execute a variety of field tasks and activities under guidance of Field Operations Manager and
Project Manager. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• All tasks as defined in FIELD TECHNICIAN I
• Able to collect soil samples, vapor samples, remediation system samples.
• General knowledge of remediation systems and components.
• General mechanical and plumbing knowledge.
• Able to assist with monitoring well abandonment.
• Able to assist with monitoring well installation.
• Able to operate all power equipment.
• Able to operate forklift.
• Able to operate Air/Water/Vac Excavator.

Position requires approximately 90% field time. Minimal office time is required for entering daily
timesheets and meeting with Field Operations Manager and Project Managers for direction of daily
field tasks and activities. 1 to 3 years of job knowledge in a like field required. Driver’s license with
clean driving record required. 40-hour HAZWOPER required with an annual 8-hour refresher.
