Job summary

Sonsray, the West Coast's largest Thermo King & CASE dealership, seeks a Field Technician in Thatcher, AZ. You will perform service maintenance on CASE agricultural machinery and related equipment, delivering quality PM work in field or shop environments.

This role requires at least five years of mechanical experience, the ability to diagnose issues, and independent work in the field. You must lift up to 50 lbs, follow OEM guidelines, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience in construction or agricultural equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct structural repairs, including welding, in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues on equipment.
• Work independently in the field with minimal or no supervision.
• Follow Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines for repairs and maintenance.
• Safely and properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electric tools.
• Document all work performed accurately using basic computer programs and service software.
• Comply with all Auto and Equipment Safety rules and regulations during work assignments.
• Operate company vehicles safely, adhering to road signs, vehicle limits, and weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs as required to complete work tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support dealership objectives.

Job Title: Field Technician
Location: Thatcher, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $36.91 to $48.99 depending on exp.

• Must be over 21 years of age and maintain a valid driver’s license for company driving purposes.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on mechanical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
