Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Technician to support locations across the Pottstown, PA area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep sites operating safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, independent work, and a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and service motors, pumps, sensors, and electrical components in

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs in the field.
• Capable of diagnosing issues and repairing motors, pumps, sensors, and electrical components.
• Comfortable working independently and hands-on with equipment.

About the Role

A client of Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Technician to support locations throughout the Pottstown, PA area. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep locations operating safely and efficiently. You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, repair motors, pumps, sensors, electrical components, and other automated systems, and respond to service needs in the field. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and working hands on with equipment. Candidates with backgrounds in industrial maintenance, field service, automotive equipment, HVAC, electrical, or military technical maintenance could be a strong fit.
