Job summary

Sergeant Talent Partners is seeking a Field Technician to support locations throughout the Santa Rosa, CA area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep sites operating safely and efficiently.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or field service preferred.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance.

$65,000-110,000 Yearly Earnings ($25-45/hr + Overtime) Company provided vehicle, gas card.

In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep locations operating safely and efficiently. You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, repair motors, pumps, sensors, electrical components, and other automated systems, and respond to service needs in the field. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and working hands on with equipment.
