**JOB SUMMARY** The Field Technician II is responsible for installations, service and inspections and/or conducting energy audits and assessments to establish baseline energy use and recommend energy saving practices and measures. This position is responsible for educating customers on their usage, installing energy-saving/safety measures and recommending energy saving practices to customers.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**Provide customers with education sessions and recommendations on energy efficiency measures. Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers at all times, while providing a high level of customer service and education for each service or installation performed.Perform other duties as assigned. **REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**1-3 years' construction or industry experience preferred. Energy industry experience a plus.Strong communication, both verbal and written, Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff, supervisors, contractors, and clients. and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed.Ability to work a flexible schedule. Proven ability to work well independently and as a team and meet objectives.**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**Heavy work: ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
