Job description

This role offers an extensive training program with both one‑on‑one and group training classes. Key Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customer service drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and resolve all problems from the customer’s equipment to the output of the first distribution amplifier.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers on their new or existing equipment.
• Perform other duties needed to help drive the company’s purpose and fulfill organizational values.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state you are applying and a good driving record.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on‑call as needed.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to listen to customers and present solutions positively.
• Ability to work in small and confined areas, lift up to 100lbs, work on a ladder, and work in all weather conditions.
• At least 3months of customer service or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Intermittent travel throughout the region may be required; per diem will be provided.
• For DOT‑regulated positions, must meet and maintain DOT program requirements including driver’s record safety review, road test, drug testing, and DOT physical.
