Job summary

Sparklight, a Cable One brand, is seeking a Field Technician to install services, perform repairs, and relocate equipment at residential and commercial properties. You will use test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues from customer equipment to the distribution amplifier, ensuring proper signal levels.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and flexibility for overtime and on-call work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of application with an excellent driving record.
• Aptitude to learn RF, digital, and Volt‑Ohm meters.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on‑call as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and positive customer‑communication skills.
• Must work in small, confined areas, lift up to 80lbs, use ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
• At least three months of customer service or related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
