Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety is seeking a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician) in Milpitas, CA. If you are an EMT, Paramedic, LVN, or medical professional seeking a dynamic role outside traditional clinics, join us to protect workers at diverse sites using a company vehicle.

You will respond to incidents, provide first aid, perform health screenings, and document reports. Company offers 4 days/10-hour shifts, paid training, medical benefits, 401k, and on-call stipends.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (3 years driving history or defensive driving training).
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to health and safety incidents at diverse worksites using a company vehicle.
• Provide first aid and incident reports.
• Perform health screenings as required.
• Draw blood when certified.

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

We're seeking dedicated professionals with education or experience in:

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements.

Additional Notes

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
