Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Field Technician, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Field Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on various types of fitness equipment. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment problems, replacing damaged or worn parts, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring all machines function safely and efficiently. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining tools and inventory, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in the fitness industry or with fitness equipment repair is a plus
