This hands-on role emphasizes quality workmanship and customer service, with work primarily local to the mid-state and occasional travel to neighboring states. Candidate must be comfortable on ladders and lifts and able to lift heavy equipment.

The Field Technician supports onsite delivery, installation, and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV), Physical Security (cameras, access control, alarms, and various other product lines), Network, and Fiber cabling systems under the guidance of the Field Engineer. This hands-on role focuses on installation tasks, quality workmanship, and continuous skill development. Strong customer service is essential as this position is customer-facing and represents Velocity1. Work is primarily local to the mid-state, with occasional travel to neighboring states. The technician must be comfortable working on ladders and lifts and lifting heavy equipment.
