Core Duties

• Gather necessary hoses, pipes, pumps, and fittings to support ongoing repair and maintenance tasks
• Operate motorized machinery to ensure equipment is loaded and unloaded without incident
• Help secure all cargo for transport
• Maintain a clean and orderly yard to ensure equipment remains accessible and the workspace stays hazard-free
• Adhere to all safety protocols to help maintain a secure working environment for the entire team
• Travel to various local customer sites to support the setup and breakdown of systems
• Support the team by connecting piping, positioning pumps, and breaking down accessories once jobs conclude
• Assist technicians in identifying and resolving mechanical problems with heavy diesel equipment

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or a GED equivalent
• A natural aptitude for mechanical work
• Previous background in a hands-on, outdoor field environment
• Experience with heavy machinery or equipment operation is a plus
• Knowledge of diesel engines is preferred but not mandatory
• A current driver’s license and a clean driving history
• Capacity to follow instructions and perform tasks independently in a high-speed setting
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel locally up to 40% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
