Job summary

Mosquito Squad in Essex, MD is looking for an outdoor service technician to apply protective barrier treatments to residential and commercial properties. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will load the truck, follow routes, greet clients, and ensure treatments are applied safely. Strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 65 lb equipment are essential; compensation is $13.00 per hour with paid training and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck.

If you're committed to providing the highest level of client service and like to do physical work, we have an ideal opportunity for you. In this position, you will apply company product to residential and commercial landscaping according to schedule and as needed based on service requests. Training will be provided. No experience needed.

Requirements

• Politely and graciously greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure
• Apply Mosquito Squad 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications as trained
• Notify client when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers
