Job summary

Mosquito Squad Plus is hiring for an outdoor servicing role. You will apply Protective Barrier Treatment and related applications to residential and commercial properties, with scheduled routes and ongoing training provided.

No experience is required, and a driving role with a 65lb blower is common. Starting pay is $14.50 per hour, with a higher rate of $16 per hour if you hold the Core and Biting Fly certifications; company offers paid onboarding and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Write short, detailed correspondence.
• Present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Carry 65lb backpack blower, often through wooded or uneven terrain.
• Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck
• Follow route assignment and drive safely
• Politely greet client (if home) and explain day's procedure
• Apply Mosquito Squad 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications as trained
• Notify client when complete and explain any unusual findings and answer questions
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers

In this position, you will apply company product to residential and commercial landscaping according to schedule and as needed based on service requests. Training will be provided. No experience needed.
