Job summary

HomeSmiles is seeking a Field Technician to service homes and properties by completing 18+ maintenance items. Travel around metro-Atlanta (up to 10 miles outside I-285) to client sites, using pressure washers, ladders, and power equipment safely.

You will coordinate with Lead Technicians, arrive on time, and deliver high-quality service for any job size. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, safe operation of equipment, and clear communication with clients and team members, with hands-on training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment, at times on ladders and rooftops.
• Willingness to travel around metro-Atlanta up to 10 miles outside I-285.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
• Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
• Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
• Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Install and test new equipment.
• Capture before and after photos and complete job reports.
• Obtain technical training on new equipment installations and safety procedures.

Job Summary

As a successful Field Technician, you are ready to serve home owners and property managers as a partner, not just a vendor. You provide excellent and efficient completion of all 18+ items. You are comfortable working safely with pressure washers and water poles, generators, backpack blowers, industrial vacuums and ladders - on roof tops and gutter lines up to 50 ft high. You have troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Field Service Technician communicates well with Lead Technicians, meets them on‑time at job sites in metro‑Atlanta AND efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high‑quality service and maintenance for any job size.
