If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, learning by doing, and contributing to work that matters, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Collect soil, soil vapor, indoor air, groundwater, surface water, and other environmental samples.
  • Conduct aquifer and pump testing, drilling oversight, and soil logging in support of monitoring well projects, including monitoring well installation, development, purging, and sampling.
  • Maintain clear, accurate field notes, sampling logs, forms, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with drillers, surveyors, equipment operators, laboratories, landowners, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.

  • Help coordinate subconsultants, requests for proposals, schedules, and field activities.
  • Contribute to projects that meet established scopes, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in geology, engineering, environmental science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Interest in environmental investigation, remediation, and field-based work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prepare accurate field documentation and technical records.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort learning databases and other technical software.
  • A detail-oriented, dependable approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
Certifications:
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred but not required.
