Field Technician – Associate II – Product Support

Opportunity

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems, including but not limited to computer networks, servers, and other IT systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment history
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical knowledge through ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Experience working in a field service technician role
• Certification in relevant technical fields
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with specific industry equipment or technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Compensation

Remote – U.S. base salary range: $56,000-$84,000

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
