Job summary

Latitudeinc is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, and service personal emergency response systems in client homes across the Baltimore region. You will reset and replace equipment as needed, ensuring devices function properly while delivering friendly, patient support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently, with occasional travel and training support for other regions.
