Job summary

Intrado is seeking a PSAP (911) Field Technical Customer Support (Level 3) to install, configure and maintain 911 dispatch systems across Delaware. The role requires frequent travel to customer sites with on-site training and hands-on support for software and hardware, ensuring smooth operation and integration with existing networks.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in technical customer service and installation, plus strong networking, Windows servers and SQL experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of technical customer service and installation or software training experience.
Minimum 5 years experience with networking, Windows based servers and workstations.
Two years of Oracle and SQL experience preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSE preferred.
Telephony knowledge (MDF, tip and ring, POTS, etc.) preferred.
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel required.
On-call and night shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot 911 call handling and dispatch systems at customer sites.
Travel locally within Delaware; own vehicle required and mileage paid.
Provide on-site training for all products and remote support as needed.
Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) and assist in new product training.
Update project plans and prepare reports and documentation.
Train and mentor co-workers; contribute to problem resolution and issue documentation.
