Field Technical Trainer – San Francisco Bay Area

We are on a mission to help nearly one million U.S. heart‑failure patients who qualify for CCM therapy. This role requires a passionate, collaborative professional to educate the cardiology community, work in partnership with physicians and health‑care administrators, and deliver technical training on procedural applications of our products.

How You’ll Add Value

• Cover commercial and clinical cases.
• Mentor the sales team toward certification progress.
• Triage training opportunities and needs:
  • Training opportunities for reps seeking certification.
  • Case support for non‑certified reps scheduling patient follow‑ups & installs.
• Manage training center relationships and logistics.
• Create synergies between the commercial and clinical studies teams.
• Support after‑hour patient hotline and technical service calls.
• Serve as faculty to represent Level 2 Technical Training.

What You’re Bringing With You

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in Life Sciences or certification from a specialized program is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in clinical supporting cardiology within the medical device industry.
• Experience with customer‑facing relationships, extensive experience with physicians and patients.
• Experience with operating‑room procedures, clinic, and surgical‑center protocols.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel required – 80 %.
