Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent).
• Preference for candidates with technical support for specialty chemical applications in oil and gas.
• Ability to travel 30-50% and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical support activities for Multi-Chem’s Rockies operations.
• Perform field surveys to diagnose production challenges related to phase separation and flow assurance.
• Prepare technical recommendations for specialty chemical applications.
• Assist sales with customer presentations and meetings as needed.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate on development and field trials.
• Provide mentorship to less-experienced personnel; train staff as needed.
• Acquire and maintain equipment for the technical services group.
• Support customer retention activities and lead wellness checks.
