Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a Technical Service Specialist I to provide on-site technical support at customer facilities, ensuring optimal performance of fluid and process systems. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, delivering routine testing, monitoring, and maintenance to support uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will conduct on-site testing, analyze data, document results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site technical service or field service preferred.
• Ability to collect and record process data accurately.
• Strong focus on safety, environment, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site testing, analysis, and maintenance of customer fluid systems to ensure quality and performance.
• Conduct daily testing and monitoring to maintain specifications and uptime targets.
• Document results, prepare routine reports, and maintain data integrity.
• Identify, document, and implement approved process improvements or savings initiatives.
• Train customer personnel on standard operating procedures for product use and system management.
• Support sales or technical surveys and assist in developing proposals for system improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to resolve issues within defined service levels.
