Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as an onsite Lead or Supervisor in construction or energy fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial construction.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support during construction.
• Inspect assembly and alignment of equipment.
• Coordinate lifting and moving of equipment.
• Manage and direct subcontractors in repairs.
