Job summary

The Lewis Group is seeking candidates to execute field assignments across its service lines, emphasizing safety, accountability, integrity, and quality. The role involves working with Remediation, Waste Transportation, Industrial Maintenance, and Emergency Response teams, following supervisor directions, and upholding core values.

Expect daily travel, with overnight stays as needed, and adherence to OSHA regulations and client policies.

Qualifications

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Criminal Background.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have flexibility in personal schedule including weekend and on call status
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• 40 Hours OSHA and related Safety Training is a plus.
• DOT Examiner’s Certificate

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of supervisors to perform assigned tasks.
• Perform a wide variety of manual labor tasks.
• Perform Industrial Cleaning tasks in accordance with Company and/or Client Policy and Procedures to ensure safety and quality goals are met.
• Travel daily and overnight when performing both planned and emergency services work.
• Adhere to all regulations and procedures regarding the handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Additional responsibilities will be shared with qualified applicants during the interview process.

Summary

This position is responsible for executing field assignments within the Company’s four service lines: Remediation, Waste Transportation, Industrial Maintenance, and Emergency Response while ensuring Lewis Environmental, Inc. Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor the majority of the day
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to wear respirators as needed
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Ability to travel in inclement weather and work in severe weather conditions both hot and cold
• Able to tolerate exposure to moderate noise levels
