As a Regional Float Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, conversion, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and removal of ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products across multiple territories within your region.
This role provides coverage wherever it’s needed most: filling staffing gaps, supporting major installations and special projects, and keeping service levels high across the region. It combines mechanical troubleshooting, technical service, installation work, customer support, and field operations while allowing you to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
This position requires flexibility to travel based on business needs, staffing coverage, and project demands. Team members may be required to travel and work in other assigned territories for up to two consecutive weeks at a time. In addition, this role may require working evening, overnight, and weekend hours on an as-needed basis to support projects, installations, service needs, and operational requirements. Travel schedules and assignments will be communicated as far in advance as possible based on business needs.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, and operation of tools and lifting equipment. Team members may be required to lift parts and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs. and work with larger equipment utilizing approved lifting devices.
The role includes extensive driving, regional travel with overnight stays, customer-site visits, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
If you're looking for a career that offers variety, independence, hands-on technical work, and the chance to earn more through shift premiums and profit sharing, the Regional Float role gives you the tools, training, support, and benefits to succeed.
Join a growing company where your contributions are recognized, your success is rewarded, and your work directly impacts customer satisfaction.
