Job summary

Sentrillion in Massachusetts is seeking a Field Technology Specialist to install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage security and IT hardware across multiple project sites.

You will work with cameras, access control, biometric systems, video cabling, and CAD drawings, requiring hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and a commitment to high-quality field deployments. Travel up to 85% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in low voltage installation, security systems, or IT hardware deployment.
• Strong understanding of IP-based systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with video surveillance installation and troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings and design plans.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage security and IT hardware across project sites.
• Work with cameras, access control, biometric systems, and video cabling per design specs.
• Coordinate materials and equipment, track hardware, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide QA feedback and support system hardening and Windows-based configurations.
