Job summary

Sentrillion is seeking a field-oriented technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot physical security and low voltage infrastructure across multiple sites. You will handle cameras, readers, control panels, and network equipment, with an emphasis on QA/QC feedback and proper documentation.

The role requires heavy travel (up to 85%), hands-on installation work, and collaboration with senior personnel on project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years' experience substituted for degree.
• 3 years' relevant computer or installation experience.
• Experience with IP camera installation and maintenance preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting low voltage physical security and VMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up and troubleshoot low voltage infrastructure for network and physical security.
• Apply knowledge of physical security devices and major components.
• Evaluate performance of installed equipment and provide QA/QC feedback.
• Install IT systems including Windows configurations and software as required.
• Coordinate procurement and tracking of materials for project completion.
• Provide project deliverables and documentation.
