You will lead on-site teams, coordinate planograms, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on schedule while communicating with clients and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction preferred.

• Ability to interpret planograms, installation guides, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and timely completion.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
