Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Field Tech 1 to assist with collecting, testing and maintaining field samples across air, soil and water projects. You will support data entry, sample handling and fleet operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with 1 year of lab or environmental experience preferred. This on-site role offers hands-on field work and teamwork in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a lab or environmental setting is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review field conditions, take samples, and record results.
• Transport samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Prepare vehicles and maintain daily operation kits and safety supplies.
• Maintain logs, documents, and databases related to field work.
• Assist staff with field/environmental support policies and programs.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
