Job summary

Concentric is hiring a Field Technician, Motive Power, to inspect and maintain motive power equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and complete field repairs. You will serve customer sites and Concentric shops, reporting to the Regional Service Manager and working without direct reports.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and drug tests. DOT-related guidelines may apply for certain duties.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred or strong equivalent experience.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot battery and charger systems.
• Perform repairs at customer locations and Concentric shops.
• Respond to client needs with strong customer service.
• Complete work orders and customer-facing documentation per SOP.
• Work safely and follow all safety requirements.
• Work independently or with a team.
