Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or enterprise system support.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of enterprise systems across Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Design and deliver role-based training programs (in-person and virtual).
• Provide hands-on on-site system support at field locations and hubs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement system-driven improvements.
• Promote data quality and ensure governance and compliance.
