Job summary

RECON Engineering & Construction seeks a seasoned Foreman to lead small teams across structural, mechanical, refractory and piping disciplines on site. You will plan, monitor and expedite field work to ensure quality and safety, while maintaining materials and equipment stock and reporting to the General Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager.

• Must maintain a current Driver's license.
• Qualified to operate project mobile equipment.
• Qualified to operate project material-handling equipment.
• Ability to oversee multiple craft teams.
• Five or more years of construction or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages small teams of craft employees in structural, mechanical, refractory and/or piping disciplines.
• Plans, monitors and expedites all aspects of the craft team’s field work for quality and safety.
• Maintains a complete stock of material and equipment.
• Foreman reports to General Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager.
