The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of related experience, relevant certifications, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain certifications relevant to field testing as per ECS policy.
• Valid driver's license required when driving for ECS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and multitasking.
• Knowledge of construction materials testing principles.
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and software, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field technicians.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure projects are staffed with qualified technicians.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and PPE use.
• Maintain field equipment calibration and inventory.
• Communicate daily with technicians, PMs, and contractors.
• Support recruiting and staffing to sustain team levels.
• Review field reports for quality and timeliness.
• Perform field testing, observation, and inspection as needed.
• Support project execution and leadership in meetings with clients.
