Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Team Lead to connect clients, your team, and program leadership. You’ll coach ADEs, support onboarding, and ensure a consistent experience across your market.

Work closely with clients, BDMs, and internal partners to strengthen relationships and drive initiatives. Travel 25–50% and use Salesforce to track performance and ensure execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or influencing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong Salesforce, CRM, and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of ADEs to drive performance and meet acquisition goals.
• Manage pipeline health, Salesforce compliance, and KPI performance across your market.
• Conduct field coaching and ride-along to support execution and development.
• Support hiring and onboarding to build a high-performing team.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive program success.
• Identify performance gaps and implement solutions to improve results.
