Qualifications

2+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
Experience implementing end-to-end recruiting strategies and process optimization.
Experience with CTS/ATS for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

Partner with full lifecycle recruiters and hiring teams to shape early career talent strategy.
Develop recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
