Job summary

Vibrint is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain complex IT systems and SIGINT platforms. You will develop engineering documentation, integrate diverse technologies, and support field-site deployments across Linux and Windows environments.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and US citizenship, with responsibilities spanning cloud, virtualization, and network systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of communications technologies, systems architecture, virtualization, and infrastructure supporting IT systems and SIGINT platforms.
• Experience administering systems across Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, and network security protocols.
• Understanding of cloud-computing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with technical, operational, and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document all phases of system design, implementation, deployment, modernization, and sustainment.
• Develop design reviews, mission transition plans, implementation plans, and system diagrams.
• Design and modify system and network engineering drawings using Visio/Adobe tools.
• Support the architecture and integration of communications technologies, virtualized infrastructure, IT systems, and SIGINT platforms.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot systems across Linux and Windows environments.
• Integrate, configure, deploy, test, and sustain network and data-processing hardware and software.
• Support Cisco networking technologies including routers, switches, and security protocols.
• Perform hands-on deployment activities including rack-and-stack and cabling.
• Apply cloud-computing concepts to system designs and modernization efforts.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, OS, networks, and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain detailed system architecture and deployment documentation.
• Track requirements and deliverables using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams and mission stakeholders.
• Develop technical reports and briefings using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
