Job summary

Vibrint is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead technical teams on mission-critical programs. You will translate operational needs into system requirements, oversee end-to-end SE processes, and maintain traceability across requirements, design, and tests.

Responsibilities include leading reviews, managing baselines, and coordinating cross-disciplinary interfaces to ensure system performance and mission success.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Systems Engineering experience with leadership role.
• Strong signal processing background in federal government or IC programs.
• Translate mission needs into measurable, testable system requirements.
• Lead disciplined SE processes across the full lifecycle.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and allocation.
• Plan and execute V&V activities with traceability to requirements.
• Define MOPs/MOEs to evaluate performance.
• Analyze test data to benchmark capabilities and recommend improvements.
• Perform trade studies on performance, risk, cost, and schedule.
• Identify risks and manage interfaces across development, integration, and test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware, software, algorithms, data, and interfaces for end-to-end mission performance.
• Lead technical reviews, including requirements, design, test readiness, and milestones.
• Manage baselines, config changes, and engineering changes with traceability.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to satisfy program goals.
