NGL Energy Partners LP in the United States is seeking a SWD Operator to monitor daily operations of Water Solutions facilities and pipelines, traveling to SWD sites to ensure pumps and equipment function optimally. You will collect data, report results, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs, and work with the Operations team to maintain safety and minimize downtime.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, 3 years of driving experience, and regional travel; a high school diploma is

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record: no major violations in past 5 years; no more than 1 accident in past 3 years; no more than 2 minor violations in past 3 years.
• 4 years of experience in the oil & gas industry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Must work safely at all times.
• Submit accurate timekeeping in HR management system and meet payroll deadlines.
• Monitor and report to Manager daily on system conditions and high-priority issues.
• Identify and relay replacement parts; minimize downtime for maintenance.
• Generate daily facility reports and track volumes.
• Audit facilities and troubleshoot issues to keep operations safe and efficient.
• Coordinate with Operations for injection wells maintenance.
• Record well PSIs daily.
• Make rounds to facilities daily and oversee field equipment repairs.
• Report and lead cleanup and repair of leaks or spills.
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Attend worksite regularly and be available for overtime as needed.
• Travel within a region to various SWD sites.
