Job summary

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a SWD Operator to monitor and optimize operations across multiple Salt Water Disposal sites. The role involves traveling to sites, monitoring pumps, and reporting conditions to the manager daily.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, and generating daily reports. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of driving experience, a valid license, and a background in oil and gas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Oil & gas industry experience (4+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report daily operations of SWD facilities and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Generate daily facility reports with volumes and oil sales.
• Coordinate maintenance and field equipment repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
