Job summary

Haddad Plumbing is seeking a Surveyor to join our field and project support team in Columbus, OH. The Surveyor will perform accurate field layout and verification using Trimble survey equipment to support mechanical installation on projects.

Responsibilities include operating Trimble equipment, collaborating with drafters and project managers, verifying elevations and reference points, and maintaining detailed layout records.

Qualifications

• Experience with Trimble survey equipment setup, operation and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 3 years of surveying experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Trimble survey equipment for accurate field layouts.
• Input and verify project information into survey equipment.
• Collaborate with drafters and project managers to ensure accurate installation locations.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and reference points to ensure proper placement.
• Maintain accurate records of layout points, measurements, and adjustments.
• Conduct routine checks and calibrations of survey equipment to ensure precision.
• Support field teams by providing as-built information when needed.
