The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include maintaining control networks, validating as-built conditions, and supporting field crews with real-time data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on surveying experience on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Trimble surveying technology and software.
• Strong math skills for field computations and elevations.
• Ability to organize priorities in a fast-paced construction setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety and quality controls on surveying activities.
• Willingness to travel frequently between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to establish control points and reference lines.
• Lead surveying operations on site with safety and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to interpret plans and deliver data.
• Set up and maintain control networks and calibrate instruments.
• Document as-built conditions and generate reports and data sets.
• Troubleshoot challenges and adapt methodologies as needed.
• Assist in training junior survey staff to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain records using surveying software and reporting tools.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote crew safety.
