Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, has an opening for a Surveyor Helper at our Galena Park, TX site. You will assist surveyors with measurements and data collection on a field-heavy project.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of reading schematics/blueprints. Travel and long shifts are required as project schedules demand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Surveyor Helper experience.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic/blueprints.
• Willingness to travel and work long shifts in field.

Responsabilités

• Assist with measuring distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth's surface.
• Help locate evidence of previous boundaries to determine exact locations of features.
• Record survey results and verify data accuracy with the surveyor.
• Learn to read and interpret schematic/blueprints.
