Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Staff Surveyor (Party Chief) to join a collaborative team. You will assist in reducing field data and preparing survey plans and CAD deliverables for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

The role requires 4+ years of surveying experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and CAD software, and strong attention to detail. You will work both independently and with teams, traveling to client sites as needed and

Competenze

• High School diploma or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in topographic, boundary, utility survey, construction layout, GPS.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Carlson and Leica processing software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Collect field data for surveys using surveying equipment and software.
• Use reports, maps, drawings, and CAD plans to assess project needs and plan approaches.
• Assist in recovery of survey control, monumentation, construction layout, and subsurface utility information.
• Propose new approaches to improve efficiency and services.
• Perform other duties as requested.
