Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in Surveying and Data Collection beneficial.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of survey instruments under supervision.
• Set up survey instruments as directed by the crew chief.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of surveying instruments.
• Support field surveys including topographic, boundary, and construction layouts.
• Assist in establishing survey control points and marks.
• Record accurate field measurements and assist in data entry.
• Report equipment issues to the crew chief.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
