Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. (DEA) is seeking a Field Survey Technician in Woodinville, WA to support boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way and construction surveys for clients. You will operate survey equipment, take field notes, collect data, and assist with data reduction and calculations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, precise data collection, and professional conduct with clients and DEA staff. A high school diploma is required, with preference for related degrees or certifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0.5 year of field survey experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 accidents/moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 in the last 12 months).

TheSurveying and Geomatics Business Unit is seeking a Field Survey Technician in Woodinville, WA.

OurField Survey Technicianwill work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients. The selected individual will alsobe responsible forthe operation and maintenance of survey equipment, taking field notes, data collection, performingcalculationsand working with DEA staff and clients on these projects. Involvement in the office will include reducing survey data, performing calculations,copyingand filing of this data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor’sDegree
• Trimble Total Station and GPS experience preferred
• Proficiencies with MS Word and Excel a plus
