Responsibilities

  • Execute precise site layout by establishing lines and grades to meet specifications.
  • Operate and maintain high-precision equipment (Trimble GPS, total stations, optical levels).
  • Process field data into CAD files and generate cut sheets.
  • Perform quantity take-offs, as-built documentation, and basic cost calculations.
  • Mentor junior field staff and ensure accuracy and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Execute precise site layout by establishing lines and grades to ensure project specifications are met with high accuracy.
  • Utilize and maintain high-precision equipment, including Trimble GPS units, total stations, and optical levels, to capture reliable field data.
  • Transform field findings into actionable project insights by processing CAD files and generating detailed cut sheets.
  • Drive project efficiency by performing quantity take-offs, as-built documentation, and essential cost calculations.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior field staff to foster a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain seamless construction workflows.
