Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR standards.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of land surveying practices and basic survey types, computations, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Support field crew by using land survey instruments for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Assist in completing field surveys under supervision; communicate progress and issues.
• Operate land survey equipment (robotic total stations, GNSS receivers, data radios, laser scanners, levels).
• Use survey software to collect geospatial data and perform computations.
• Read and interpret maps and plans.
• Maintain neat field notes with accurate measurements under supervision.
• Load/unload equipment and supplies; maintain tools and vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
