Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years applicable experience in the surveying industry.
• Exceptional knowledge of GPS and robotic total station
• Proficient with field survey instruments, principles of survey measurement, staking, and marking
• Must be willing to travel up to 100% in both urban and remote area
• Adhere to Company standards and methodologies
• Satisfactory results on a Motor Vehicle Record check and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and data collection tools
• Record results and verify data accuracy with field checks
• Transmit survey data to the office and retrieve data for field use
• Prepare legible field notes and daily staking cut sheets
• Assist in training staff on field methods and instrument use
• Research deeds, maps, and records to obtain survey data
• Lead the crew with safe practices, cost control, and professionalism
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Perform additional duties as assigned
